This Is What Happens When You Feed Birds

Rascal barks "Hey! Mom did you feed the birds again? You got to come look at the mess they made."

"Mess, what mess. The bird feeder looks full. I see the squirrels has taken the squash seeds I left out." replies Mom.

"Look, Mom how dare they left a mess like this on the ground for you to clean up. Next time I come outside I will get them for you."

Mom exclaims," Oh my what a mess indeed! You do know the squirrels are behind this. They take the big seeds and scatter the rest."

"Mom let's go inside before they get your toes next time. I think you need to stop feeding those pesky birds, squirrels or whatever you call those flying furry things."

I walked outside to fill the bird feeder. It was empty today. I have a squirrel who lives in the tree who will come down and take all the seeds out of the bird feeder. As the wire on the birdhouse broke away to where I can longer hang it up.I had to place the bird feeder on top of the pallets. That way the dogs wouldn't get the birds. 

The squirrel was smart enough to realize where I moved the bird feeder to a new area. The squirrel figured out how to take the lid off the bird feeder and dive right in. I placed a lid where I put seeds for the squirrel. The squirrel no longer toss the seeds all over the place. If I forget to give the squirrel some seeds of its own or a cob of corn. It will throw seeds all the place to let me know I forgot to give them their food too.

I think it is time, I get a new bird feeder I can hang up and no worry about all this mess. Possibly get the squirrels one of their very own.

20 Questions To Find Out How Well You Know Your Partner

I saw this on Facebook and wanted to go in more detail. As it helps you learn about yourself and your mate. If you don't know these questions, ask your mate. You will be surprised at what your significant other knows or remembers compared to you. My answers are in blue.

1. Who is older?
I am ten years older than my significant other.

2. Did you go to the same school?
No, I met him later in life.

3. Who is the most sensitive?
Me, sometimes I feel I am too sensitive. As I will cry when I see someone else cry. It is like I feel their pain.

4. Where do you eat out the most?
McDonald's, it is the cheapest place to feed a family when eating out. Otherwise, I cook at home.

5. Who has the worst temper?
I would have to say, my partner. He has the worst temper. Yet, I hold a grudge longer. 

6. Who is more social? 
Defiantly him. I am shy in most social settings. I always have been. I am fine sitting in the corner watching everyone else. As I do not know how to start a conversation with someone I don't know.

7. Who is the most stubborn? 
Depending on what the situation it can be a toss up. I would have to say we both are equally stubborn.

8. Who wakes up earlier? 
He always wakes up earlier than me. He allows me to sleep in. As he sits for a few hours in the quiet. 

9. Who has the bigger family? 
I do. I have seven siblings. He has one.

10. Who eats the most?
He can out eat me when he is not having stomach issues. We both have them. 

11.Who is the first one to admit they were wrong?
Me, he doesn't like to say I am sorry or admit he is wrong about anything. As he thinks he never is. (lol.)

12. Who has the craziest ex?
I would have to say mine is. One who enjoys playing head games to hurt someone that loves them. Now that is per crazy. 

13. Who wears the pants?
He does. At times I do have to put my foot down.

14. Who cries more? 
I do. I cry in silence a lot. I cry myself to sleep often. Otherwise, I cry on his shoulder.

15. Who hogs the bed? 
I hog the bed. As he hogs the covers. He is taller than me. He does take up the bed when he stretches out. Otherwise, he curls up in a ball.

16. Who said I love you first?
I did

17. Who is the better cook?
That is a toss up. We both are great cooks with different cooking styles. It seems we complete each other. As what one doesn't know, the other does.

18. Who is messier?
Hands down he is messier. As I will pick up and clean up after everyone in the house. He places his empty cup on the floor by the couch. 

19. Who is the better singer?He tells me he can't sing. Yet, I have heard him and enjoy it. I can't sing but do it anyways. My daughter, she can sing.

20. Who's the better driver?
It used to be me. The older I get the worse my eyes are getting. Being a type 2 diabetic doesn't help matters. As things get blurrier.

Wordless Wednesday - No Pictures Mommy

I haven't shared a Wordless Wednesday post in a long time. I was able to get a few photos of the dogs today in order to get a Wordless Wednesday post. Please enjoy!!

Time to wake up boys.

Moose wanted nothing to do with getting up this morning. He covered his eyes and begged for the light to be turned off. He said no pictures Mommy. I'm too tired to smile. Rascal was bushy-eyed by awake.

Moose must have been telling the truth. He still looks droopy eyes hours later. He asked me if he could go back to sleep. I told him yes.

Meanwhile, I partially shaved Rascal. Rascal is happy he was partially shaved today. He is no longer itching from his long coat of fur.
